Instructions: Dice chicken, sauté with garlic, add broccoli and Bragg's Liquid Aminos, stir-fry until tender.

2.Spicy Shrimp & Bell Pepper Skillet
Ingredients:
- Shrimp (6 oz)
- Bell Peppers (1/2 cup, sliced)
- Fajita seasoning (1 tsp)
- Lime (1)
- Ghee Butter (1 tsp)
Instructions: Melt ghee butter, sauté bell peppers, add shrimp with seasoning, and finish with lime. Serve hot.

3.Turkey & Spinach Scrambleumn
Ingredients:
- Turkey Breast (4 oz, diced)
- Spinach (1 cup)
- Egg Whites (from 4 eggs)
- Ghee Butter (1 tsp)
- Salt and pepper
Instructions: Melt ghee butter, cook turkey, add spinach, then egg whites with seasoning. Scramble and serve hot.

4. Pork Tenderloin & Green Bean Almondine
Ingredients:
- Pork Tenderloin (6 oz, sliced)
- Green Beans (1 cup)
- Slivered almonds (1 tablespoon)
- Ghee Butter (1 teaspoon)
- Lemon juice (1 tablespoon)
Instructions: Melt ghee butter in a skillet. Add pork slices and cook until browned. Remove pork and set aside. In the same skillet, sauté green beans, add slivered almonds and cook for another 2 minutes. Finish with lemon juice. Serve pork slices with green beans.

5. Maple-Glazed Ham & Sweet Potato Mash
Ingredients:
- Boars Head Maple Glazed Ham (4 oz, sliced)
- Sweet Potato (1 small, about 100 grams)
- Ghee Butter (1 teaspoon)
- Cinnamon (a pinch)
Instructions: Steam or boil the sweet potato until tender. Mash with ghee butter and cinnamon. Serve alongside maple-glazed ham slices

6. Scallop & Spinach Salad
Ingredients:
- Scallops (6 oz)
- Spinach (2 cups)
- Mushrooms (1/4 cup, sliced)
- 100% MCT Oil (1 teaspoon)
- Lemon juice (1 tablespoon)
Instructions: In a skillet, heat MCT oil. Sear scallops for about 1-2 minutes on each side until they have a golden crust. In a bowl, toss spinach and mushrooms. Top with seared scallops, drizzle with lemon juice, and serve immediately.

7. Egg White Omelette with Turkey & Tomatoes
Ingredients:
- Egg Whites (from 6 eggs)
- Turkey Breast (3 oz, diced)
- Tomatoes (1/4 cup,chopped)
- Ghee Butter (1 teaspoon)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions: Melt ghee butter in a skillet. Add diced turkey and cook until browned. Add egg whites and tomatoes. Season and cook until set, folding the omelette in half. Serve hot.

8. London Broil & Bell Pepper Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- Boars Head London Broil (4 oz, thinly sliced)
- Bell Peppers (1/2 cup, julienned)
- Black Beans (1/4 cup)
- 100% MCT Oil (1 teaspoon)
- Bragg's Liquid Aminos (1 tablespoon)
Instructions: Heat MCT oil in a skillet. Add London Broil slices and stir-fry until browned. Add bell peppers and black beans, continue to stir-fry. Finish with Bragg's Liquid Aminos and serve.

9. Grilled Fish with Zucchini & Pea Salad
Ingredients:
- Fish (6 oz, e.g., tilapia or salmon)
- Zucchini (1 small, thinly sliced)
- Peas (1/4 cup)
- Ghee Butter (1 teaspoon for grilling)
- Lemon juice (1 tablespoon)
- 100% MCT Oil (1 teaspoon for salad dressing)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions: Melt ghee butter in a grill pan. Grill fish until cooked through. In a bowl, mix zucchini slices and peas. Dress with MCT oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Serve fish with salad.
