Kale and Avocado Salad


  • Kale: 2 cups, de-stemmed and torn
  • Avocado: 1, diced
  • Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
  • 100% MCT Oil or Coconut Oil: 1 tbsp
  • Sea salt: to taste


  • Massage kale with lemon juice, then add other ingredients.
