Mung Bean Pasta with Garlic and Chili



  • Cook the mung bean pasta as directed, then drain.
  • In a pan, sauté garlic and chili in MCT Oil, Ghee Butter or Coconut Oil until the garlic turns golden.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss well.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve with grated Parmesan and a sprinkle of parsley.
