Ingredients:
- Explore Cuisine Mung Bean Pasta
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1-2 red chilies, finely chopped (adjust to heat preference)
- 3 tbsp 100% MCT Oil or Coconut Oil
- Salt & freshly ground pepper
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Cook the mung bean pasta as directed, then drain.
- In a pan, sauté garlic and chili in MCT Oil, Ghee Butter or Coconut Oil until the garlic turns golden.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with grated Parmesan and a sprinkle of parsley.
