  • For the pesto: Blend basil, nuts, garlic, and Parmesan. Drizzle in MCT Oil or Coconut Oil until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook pasta, drain, and return to the pot.
  • Stir in the pesto and add sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Serve with extra Parmesan on top.
